Cider vinegar: The King of Conditioners
Hello everybody! Today we're going to make it simple. Do you have any vinegar? Okay. Okay. Do you have hair? Okay. Okay. NOW you have an after shampoo! I will, I promise! I'll explain all this to you...
Conditioner: What is it?
The main purpose of a conditioner, whether industrial, natural or even home made, is on the one hand to detangle hair after shampooing, on the other hand to make it soft, supple, shiny, silky and everything. Of course, the conditioner must also protect hair and keep it healthy!
Did you know vinegar can do all this at once?
What should be noted about vinegar is that it is acidic and astringent. Astringent means that once applied, it will tighten the pores of the skin and scales of the hair.
Here is a small image that represents the hair fiber seen from very close up:
The first drawing depicts a hair whose scales are tightened: the fibre is very smooth, the hair is stronger and more resistant to external aggressions, it is shiny and supple.
The second drawing represents a "normal" hair, between the two.
The third drawing represents a hair whose scales are open: the hair fibre is weakened, the hair is rough, brittle and dry (all the water and nutrients it contains evaporate very quickly because they are not "locked in").
As you can see, on the one hand the scales of the hair are detached, on the other hand they are tightened. Now imagine when your hair rubs on your clothes/pillow, rubs against each other, is pulled by an elastic band and I pass. If the scales of your hair are too loose, they will be damaged very quickly since they are "bare", they are very sensitive to attacks and are much more fragile. While if the scales of your hair are well tightened, this time they will "slip" without hanging, they will be less affected by external aggressions, will be less fragile.
This is what cider vinegar will bring to your hair by tightening the scales! So no more rough, dull, dull, tangled or damaged hair... It will allow you to remove your hair in a few seconds and keep it at its best, all soft, shiny, supple and so on! ὤ2
How to use cider vinegar as conditioner
It's very simple!
Take an empty bottle with a capacity of one litre. Fill a little less than one centimetre at the bottom with cider vinegar (the equivalent of 3 or 4 tablespoons) and fill the rest with lukewarm water.
After shampooing, rinse your hair as usual, then pour your vinegar water on your hair (from roots to ends), and that's all! No need to rinse, you risk losing the effect of the vinegar. Don't worry, the smell disappears completely when your hair dries? 2
It sounds silly and it doesn't look like anything, but I strongly advise you to try it because I know in advance that you will be bluffed by the result! ? 0 Personally I have adopted it at 200%, I always finish my shampoo with a vinegar rinse, and I spray even vinegar water on my hair between shampoos when I see that they make a little head, boost blow assured!
Try it now! If you don't have a cider vinegar at hand, you can try the experiment with any other vinegar? I hope this little trick will help you to take care of your hair, for me it was a real revelation!
Wow! What a good idea, I need to get vinegar for my hair.. Thanks
