This time, after a week of having seen this film for the first time (because, yes, I went a second time later on), I bring the topic on everyone's mouth lately. I won't get into details so if you haven't seen it and don't wanna have it spoiled, this review will be safe for you.

Avengers: Infinity War (dir. Joe & Anthony Russo) is the nineteenth film of the massive, worldwide known Marvel Cinematic Universe and in this very 2018 marks the celebration of ten years of history of Marvel Studios, that began with the first Iron Man film, back in 2008. The movie shows the final climax Marvel has been building up since at least the first Avengers film, when Thanos (played now by Josh Brolin) first appeared, by having the famous Mad Titan take the center of attention as the franchise's new and biggest bad guy of all.

With the largest ensemble cast to date, this movie had a high chance of becoming a massive flop in cinematic and Marvel's history, but it's safe to say that wasn't the case.

The Russo brothers, along with writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, did a pretty good job at delivering a heavily action packed film with just about the right amount of attention payed to several characters (not all of them, because that would've been impossible, but just about enough), Avengers and other heroes alike, while doing something quite clever: direct the attention almost entirely towards its villian, which was - unlike previous Avengers villains- a pretty damn good one.

Though I argue it's not the MCU's best movie (Black Panther and Captain America: The Winter Soldier are still several steps above) and also not as good of Avengers movie as the first film (mostly because since this film has the presence of another team and heroes), it is quite possibly the most historic and iconic film of Marvel now -- we will be talking about it for several years ahead, and it has set a milestone for other superheroes movies to come.

It pays a worthy tribute to the ten years of marvelous stories and characters Marvel has been giving us in the entertainment industry, be it on the big screen or TV, and it packs a punch of emotional, funny and deeply thoughtful rides that will make you immerse in the story from the very first second until the after-credit scene -- and also make you count the days until the next one next year.

To the third Avengers film and Marvel's largest gift of all, I give:
