Good morning, amazing people. I had a great day and i thought it well share.

As a Corper, i was posted to Source of Knowledge Secondary School in Cross River State.

As it has been of the culture of the school that at the end of every first term, the school would hold their academic year. It was this years academic day and we were excited about it.

It was a day each person has been eagerly waiting for. A day where our pupils and students would display their academic prowess and put smiles on the faces of their parents and teachers.

In the morning, i woke up and got prepared to go to school only to be told that my name was out listed to be among those that will help in cooking.

I wasn't in school the previous day to get the information because i went for our monthly clearance.
I had to get undressed and joined them to cook the food.

Hours later, the proprietress called my attention to join them in the school activities and i got prepared and left for school

In the afternoon, the program kicked off immediately. It was so much amazing as we watch our students perform wonderfully. There were various activities that took place and we were all happy.

Towards the evening, the program was called to an end. After food has been shared to the parents, visitors and students, the staff were asked to stay behind and we were served with sumptuous Afang soup with fofo.

It was a wonderful experience that day and i left home.

I got home late in the evening and i was very tired. I rested a bit before i went to Shiloh.

I didn't stay till the end because i was very tired and i left home for a night rest.

My day was amazing, seeing your students deliver what to taught them confidently gives joy and hope that our investment on them is profitable.
