| Когда пришло время десерта от ресторана в качестве поздравления принесли два медовика со свечками для именинниц. | When it was time for dessert, the restaurant brought two honey cakes with candles for the birthday girls as congratulations. |
| Медовик состоял из 17 тончайших слоёв ароматного медового бисквита. Я посчитала. Удивительное искусство кондитеров. | The honey cake consisted of 17 thin layers of fragrant honey biscuit. I counted. The amazing art of pastry chefs. |
| Подружки-именинницы угостили всех кусочком торта-медовика. Поэтому я могу веренно сказать, что и на вкус эти торты великолепны. | The birthday girl friends treated everyone to a piece of honey cake. Therefore, I can truly say that these cakes taste great. |

Wow brother, haven't seen this type of cake in my entire life. It is great to see such interesting photos on #steemit. A thin creamy cake with parallel lines of honey and chocolate looks very beautiful. Once again wishing happy birthday to your friends.

This is a popular cake in Russia; many people bake it at home. But here, of course, there are more layers than home confectioners make.
There is no chocolate in it. The dark stripes are honey sponge cake, and the light stripes are sour cream. :)
wow, I thought it would be chocolate, honey is natural source and good for health rather chocolate which can affect health in a different way because it contains more sugar and fats.
