Good sleep quality and comfortable for me is not using a bra during sleep.
Because not feel restrained and depressed by the bra so feel comfortable and also fun.
As for the benefits of releasing a bra during sleep, can smooth blood circulation.
Releasing a bra while going to bed gives time for the breast to smooth the flow of blood in the breast,
resting muscles, during sleep the body improves and detoxifies and also provides an opportunity for the immune system to produce immune hormones.
Releasing the bra during sleep, will avoid irritation, relieve symptoms
Premenstrual Syndrome, which arises when approaching the menstrual period arrives which causes pain in the second part of the breast, and also avoid the tight bra strap that presses the back during sleep.
