Ingredients
Skin:
100 gr butter
150 gr margarine
25 g of refined sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tbsp milk powder
50 gr maize
300 g flour
to taste Fill: pineapple jam
Olesan:
1 egg yolk + 1 tsp liquid milk + 1 tsp vegetable oil
Step
Stir the butter, margarine and refined sugar (I stir it with whisk balloon), stirring until blended.
Enter the egg yolk, mix well. Enter powdered milk, cornstarch and flour. Stir well.
Take the dough a little, pure give the pineapple jam round shape and then stack on a baking sheet.
Bake nastar half cooked, remove, polish and bake again until cooked.
