”Oh I don’t need to take my camera today...”

”...I’m just gonna pop by in the city center real fast, it’s not like there is anything to see in the middle of the day”.

WRONG!

When will I learn to keep a camera on hand at all times!? Isn’t that exactly why I bought the little Fujifilm x100f, so that I could easily carry it with me even when I’m not particularly going out to shoot something. You never know when you’ll see something that inspired you to shoot.

Today the central walking street was turned into an outfoor flea market and there was a lot that I could have taken pictures of, both people and things, but I only had the iPhone with me, and I refuse to shoot anything more than a random snapshot with it.

I’m heading to Hellsinki tomorrow and just packed my stuff, including two cameras, just in case. My first order of business is to go and buy film!

Juurikin näin. Emmäkään koskaan opi. Ja vitsit mitä mahtavaa vanhaa kamaa!

Kamera on muuten sellaisen keräilijän paras väline, jolla on viha-rakkaussuhde kaikkeen vanhaan tavaraan. :D

Well, you´ll never know what you´ll be missing if there is something sapectacular to shoot...

Yep... every single time one leaves the camera at home because nothing worthy to be photographed will appear, it does. Murphy's law! 😉

Looks like someone emptied one of those drawers I really like to dig around in :D
