Frozen Postcard Vologda

in WORLD OF XPILAR5 years ago

Different genres of photography are like different moods or different frequencies in a person's life. Sometimes you want to shoot a landscape, sometimes you want a reportage, and sometimes there is an inner delight from graphics with abstraction.

Any city is able to create its own postcard image. You just need to tune in to a certain wave (connect to a certain frequency).

Postcard views must be filmed under certain conditions. It can be golden hour or blue hour.

In cloudy weather, you are unlikely to get a beautiful view, but rather a genre photography.

If you tighten the aperture on the lens, you can achieve the effect of stars from street lamps. It happens that not everyone likes it.

Sometimes there is a feeling that the further north the city is, the more impressive it looks.

I believe that everyone should experience winter for themselves, even if he is a true southerner.

I like Vologda in comparison with Veliky Ustyug for its scale.

The scattering of attractions over a large area has its advantages.

If you get bored with one place, you can always come to another.

In fact, postcard views are pretty easy to photograph. You just need to master the basics of landscape and night photography.
