In Short time bird can't be captured properly

I have seen many times that it is tough to capture birds photos but I try always. Until and unless birds see you, you can capture according to your choice but if they see you or feel that someone is targeting me intentionally then they will fly.

Yesterday during coming out from a shop i saw a crow was sited on a bicycle handle and as i launched Smartphone camera it goes fly and got captured like this:

After that it settled on an auto and again I captured:

But when he came to know that i am capturing again tried to fly and got captured in this way:
