Don't be affraid of late growing!
understand that we are in our own time zone. some become cei when they are 25 years old and die at age 50 and some become ceo at the age of 50 years and continue to live to 90 years. late growth is not something to be afraid of but fear if we do not grow at all. speed is often tempting but often it is weak and faded quickly. so keep thinking big and keep working because when you arrive at your time zone you will understand. do not die before you die!
