Steps of the process of making the asphalt road

Hi friend steemian Indonesia, this time I will share the steps of making paved road.

1. Spreading Undercover Material

Spread the bottom foundation material in the form of urpil, Aggregate class B, and Aggregate class A using dump truck transportation then flattened with motor grader then compacted with tandem roller or commonly called with compak and watered with water tankers.

At the time of the foundation of foundation material under the work of elevation using a waterpass aids, after the work is done sandcone testing and also pit test.

2. Asphaltic Lay Overlay

The next process after laying the bottom foundation layers has been done, just done asphalt mixing plant (AMP)

Once the asphalt is successfully spread on the road that will be done in accordance with the image that has been measured with a waterpass aids to meet the density and planned elevation and test core drill to know the density.
