It's another day of Ramadan, and I hope everyone is doing well. Yesterday, I shared a post about having a healthy iftar with fruits. But today, I decided to try something different and make fries! 🍟

Usually, my mother makes pakoras for iftar, but this time, she asked me to make French fries. I started by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into shape using a knife. It took some time because I didn't have a special cutting tool.

Then, I added some besan and spices to the potatoes and mixed them well. I made sure to remove any extra water from the potatoes because dry potatoes make crispier fries. After that, I started frying the potatoes, and it took almost an hour for our crispy French fries to be ready.
