Fruits in Iftar
Good Day Everyone
During iftar, we often crave spicy foods like pakoras and samosas. But starting with fruits can really satisfy our hunger too.
Fruits are full of fiber and vitamins, which our bodies need during iftar. Eating spicy foods every day during Ramadan can sometimes lead to health issues. So, it's a good idea to add some fruits to our iftar spread.
I recently bought a variety of fruits from the market, and my mother set them on the table about 10 minutes before iftar time. I couldn't resist taking some pictures of these vibrant fruits. We had apples, strawberries, bananas, and melons. They not only looked colorful but also tasted delicious! 🍎🍓🍌🍈

I like bananas because bananas have a pretty good taste and lots of protein in them.
I also like to eat banana almost every day.
Fasting all day and eating fruits for iftar is very good for health. The photographs of the fruits have been captured brilliantly.
Thank You sister for your nice thoughts.
