Islamic Center Mosque is one of the icons of Lhokseumawe City which has an attraction for visitors to carry out their duties of worship. Even after worship, the majority of people who visit there do not forget to take pictures with their families as a memento of visiting Lhokseumawe City.

Pada kesempatan hari ini seperti biasanya setiap hari libur, berjalan-jalan sambil menikmati keindahan pagi Kota Lhokseumawe merupakan agenda rutinitas yang selalu saya lakukan. Tujuannya adalah untuk melihat berbagai macam aktivitas masyarakat dan keindahan kota disini.

Sebagaimana kita ketahui bahwa Kota Lhokseumawe merupakan daerah pesisir utara aceh yang selalu ramai dengan berbagai aktivitas masyarakat. Kota tersebut juga memiliki nilai sejarah dan peran yang sangat penting bagi aceh. Memandang Kota Lhokseumawe dari sudut perkotaan akan terlihat sebuah kubah mesjid yang menjulang tinggi yaitu bangunan Mesjid Islamic center, bahkan bangunan tersebut terlihat sangat indah dibandingkan bangunan lain yang berada disekitarnya. Dengan arsitektur timur tengah yang memiliki ciri khas bangunan islam dan menampilkan kesan yang religius sehingga berbagai aktivitas keagamaan dilakukan disini seperti peringatan maulid Nabi besar Muhammad SAW, Zikir akbar, Tausiah keagamaan bahkan peringatan hari-hari besar Islam lainnya.

Mesjid Islamic center merupakan salah satu ikon Kota Lhokseumawe yang memiliki daya tarik bagi para pengunjung untuk melaksanakan kewajiban shalat. Bahkan setelah melaksanakan ibadah shalat, mayoritas masyarakat yang berkunjung kesana tidak lupa untuk berselfi bahkan berfoto bersama keluarga mereka sebagai kenang-kenangan telah berkunjung ke Kota Lhokseumawe.
Bagi teman-teman yang baru berkunjung ke Kota Lhokseumawe sambil menjelajahi pariwisata alam disana, saya menyarankan agar berkunjunglah ke Islamic Center karena bangunan tersebut merupakan sebuah ikon yang merupakan kebanggaan warga Kota Lhokseumawe, karena anda semua akan terpukau melihat keindahan bangunan tersebut.
