Hello everyone I hope you all are enjoying yours life.I am also a food lover and especially Pakistani food.So my Today's Recipe is about Pakistani WhiteHandi. WhiteHandi is made of Creamy , spicy and from boneless chicken and its too much Tasty in taste.
When i arrived from college to my home i decided to tell my mom to make special white handi recipe for our family. After that when i fresh i came to the market and bought all the ingredients which is important for white handi.After that my mom start making it.Trust me if you guys read it your mouth start watering.
Chicken with bones not boneless.
What I Know About Chicken WhiteHandi:
so Pakistani Chicken WhiteHandi is made of boneless chicken and its Pakistani main dish recipe.and in most of resturant and shops it is traditionaly made in clay pot.and this dish is also popular in india also.
First we clean the boneless 1/2 KG chicken for it and first fry chicken in oil. when it changes its colour and convert his colour into white then add some garlic ,Onion, yougurt and all the spices of WhiteHandi.
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken Cube 1/2KG .
- Ginger Paste 1Table spoon .
- Garlic Paste 1 Table spoon .
- Salt Half Table spoon .
- Yogurt 1 Cup .
- Cream 1/2 Cup .
- Green Chilli,Chopped For garnish and to decor your dish .
- Fresh Coriander,Chopped For Garnish .
- Special Handi Masala 1 Table spoon.
- Bay Leaves 2 .
- Black PepperCorns 4 .
- Garam Masala Powder 1 1/2tsp.
PREPARATION:
Heat oil over medium flame in a steal crockery and add ginger and garlic paste or sause.
Add cubbed chicken and fry It .
- Now add Salt and Black Pepper and mix it.
- After that add yogurt and simmer for 5 to 7 mins.
- Add cream and mix well.
- Garnish Chopped coriander and green chilies and enjoy it 😊.
The moment when i take the first bite with special Tandorri Roti it Taste to much Creamy,Spicy and most satisfying in taste my mom totally worth the effort.i enjoy it with my family and we all Lovee it.must try it at yours home i hope you will like it a lot.

Yes i tried too much pakistani food sepacially my mother also coocked too much good food at home and i also tried it from different resturants, and about food at local places is chicken karahi, white handi, soup, platter and many more foods are avalible.
2- Which flavour or spice do you like from Pakistan's cuisine ?
I like handi type of flavour which taste like creamy, sour and spicy from pakistan cuisine.
