Cabbage Fry Recipe

Today I went to the market. I usually don't go to the market. So today I went to the doctor with my daughter. Cabbage fell in front of his eyes when he came home from the doctor's appointment. Actually it's winter here. And this time different types of curry are available. So now we have new cabbage here. So I bought a cabbage for that. So today I fried cabbage at home. So I thought I would share it with you. Hope you like it.

Here are some of the ingredients I have taken for frying cabbage-

1- Cabbage
2- Sliced ​​green pepper
3- Chopped onions
4- garlic cloves
5- Turmeric powder
6- Salt and
7- cooking oil etc.

Here I have taken everything in my measure.

First, finely chop the cabbage. Now wash it well.

Now I put cabbage in a pan. Now add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and salt inside it. Now cover it with a lid and put it on the stove. Now I will fake it for a while.

After a while I lifted the lid and stirred it well. See that enough water has come out of the cabbage. If the water does not come out from the cabbage, then take it with little water. Otherwise, the floor may burn.

So this time I have moved well. Stir the cabbage water frequently until it dries up. After a while, the water inside the cabbage dried up. Now take it out of the oven.

Now I put a kara in the oven again. Now I have given enough oil in the pan. Now I put chopped onion and chopped garlic inside it. Now stir it for a while and fry it until light red.

Now I have given the cabbage that has been stirred before. Now mix everything well by stirring frequently. So I fried the cabbage by stirring frequently for a little while. Now take it out of the oven.
