LIFE'S BEDROCK: VALUES

To be great in life, we must endeavour to keep a teachable, or learning spirit, because it is the key to surviving the dynamic nature of our world. The methods that worked years ago may like not work in the years to come, because seasons change just like methods do or should.
In Spite of the ever changing world that we live in, one thing that is a stand out is, UNDERLYING PRINCIPLES DO NOT CHANGE. Therefore, at the beginning of this week, I was reminded of these principles. Here they are, I believe they will help:

DO NOT BORROW
Am sure you if you have lived quite long enough, you must heard that statement like numerous times. Let me make it clear that when you borrow to consume rather than invest, you will remain poor.
Therefore, borrowing is anti-progress, it is like eating you future in the present. Now that is scary, as no one loves a hopeless future, so get your hands off borrowing.

LAZINESS AND IDLENESS
Show me a lazy person and I will "prophesy" their future. Laziness leads to poverty, fruitlessness, nothingness, and emptiness. Idleness is even worse, because it makes its victims become toxic and parasitic to humanity, they are takers and never gives. This can further lead to various vices.
BE PRODUCTIVE, DO SOMETHING!

PLAN
Plan! Plan! PLAN!, the importance of this cannot be over emphasized. It is said that when we do not plan, then we inevitably have planned to fail, there is no sitting on the fence or middle ground on this, it is either you PLAN or FAIL. Success is never accidental, it is an accumulation of actions, steps taken or plans made. PLAN TO PLAN!
