The following is a weekly report post starting from 07 January to 14 January 2023, I hope this report can be an illustration of my involvement as a user, Curation Team 04, Community Mod and Country representative in encouraging the development of Steemit and Steemi in Indonesia. Here is a summary of my report this week :

As a member of the curator team 04 this week I curate using the Steemcurator07 account,, I was able to provide support to 27 Posts and 2 comments using the curation account steemcurator07 with agreed terms. In Total there are 28 pieces of content and 5 comments that I curated, 8 from Venezuela, 8 from Indonesia, 4 from Pakistan, 3 from Nigeria, 2 from Bangladesh, and 1 each from India, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan. In the Hot News community, I changed roles with alee75 who is still in sick condition, through the official post of the Hot News community I was assigned by the founder, initiator, and other moderators to occupy the position of Chief journalist or Admin.
In addition in the community I hold contests regularly to increase the interest of users, there are two contests that I hold this week. One contest is related to the Steemit platform, and another general themed contest. This, in my opinion, needs to be held regularly, so that users can develop their knowledge and ideas about different contest themes but have a corresponding relationship with the Steemit platform. In terms of curation using a personal account this week I have curated 128 Posts from various types of themes to 73 users/accounts, the percentage of votes is 50% as a form of support for other users.

For the strength of the Account, I have increased the strength well, the way is by setting 100% Power Up gift acceptance, as well as doing 13.755 STEEM in the past week with normal gift acceptance. Until now I am still in Club100 and have a good increase in influence by having an Effective Power of 17,824.39 SP ( 13,674.88 + 5,070.90 - 921.39 ), trying to get the 3rd dolphin.
In the end, as a representative of my country, I continue to try to have a good impact on the Steem ecosystem, engaging in various forms of posts and also Steemit team policies as another supporting effort. So my weekly report is hopefully in accordance with what is expected.
