Hello Friends, how are you? Let's meet me again i am your very own Faran Nabeel and today am here to writing my new participation in healthy steem contest that is organized by @suboohi. So, welcome to my this post i which i will discuss about bloating. So, let's start writing.


What do you understand by bloating?

Bloating is a common digestive issue that is characterize by feeling of discomfort, tightness, or swelling in the abdominal area. It is often to accompanied by an increase in the abdominal girth, which can be a temporary or persistent. It can be caused by the various factors such as the gas build up that is the main cause of bloating. It may be cause of eating certain foods, or having an imbalance of gut can lead to gas accumulation in the digestive system. There are lot of other causes of this.

There are many cause of bloating and here are some common causes of bloating such as our eating habits that's eating too quickly and not chewing it properly and drinking too much carbonated drinks, consuming food that is high in fiber and sugar, hormonal changes and medical conditions can also matter. Some medicine can also be a cause of bloating.


Give some home remedies to cure bloating.

There are a lot of home remedies to cure bloating such as some are herbal remedies for control bloating. For this the ginger tea is one of the best herbal remedies for reducing bloating because the ginger has natural anti inflammatory properties that can help in reducing bloating. For this just steep fresh ginger in the hot water and drink it as a tea.
