Coconut contains which vitamins and minerals.

Today challenge is related to my field and i have some knowledge on this topic because i studied food science and technology. Coconut and it's oil is very famous for containing vitamins and minerals because it is rich in nutrients and provide serval essential vitamins and minerals that's are very important and good for our body health. Now i will provide information about this question.

Coconut rich with the vitamin c, vitamin e and k. Vitamin C is very good for our skin health and it is also good and also important for our immune system. Coconut also have antioxidants because vitamin c works as the antioxidants and protecting from cell damages and so on. It is also provide vitamin k to our body and it is very important for the blood clotting and our bones.

Coconut containing favourite dish of yours.

There are many dishes we can made with coconut and mostly i like sweet dish of coconut and my favorite coconut dish is it's cookies. The crunchy taste of this dish make it's more special and yummy that's why i like it. And i also like it's drinks such as coconut water is also my favorite of this food and it's milk coconut smoothie is also my favorite one.
