Hy Folks, How are you? This is your very own Faran Nabeel and i wish you all are happy and well by the grace of God. Today am here to writing my new artiIcal on healthy steem community. Today am participating in their contest that is held by mosela. Let's start writing on it.
What do you understand by the word hemorrhoids?
The hemorrhoids is known as piles, are swollen veins in the lower rectum and anus. They can be internal, external, or both. It's most big symptom is itching and some more is pain, irritation, and bleeding, especially during bowel movements. It is a common and can be caused by factors like straining during bowel movements, obesity, and sitting for the long periods and extra use of spices i think so, Treatment options range from self-care measures like hydration to medical interventions like rubber band and surgery.
Mention the main causes of hemorrhoids?
The main causes of hemorrhoids include in the below:
• Straining while bowel movements
• Extra use of Spices
• Poor diet and dehydration
• Sedentary lifestyle
• During the childbirth
• Genetics Problems and aging issues
These factors can be a cause of hemorrhoids that i mentioned in the above. And it's symptom is pain and itching.
Can Hemorrhoids be treated? Mention the ways and methods of treatment ?
Yes, as other disease hemorrhoids can be treated. It's methods are depend on their severity and it's location. Here in the below there are some common ways and methods for treatment of hemorrhoids.
- Use of pain relievers, creams, and suppositories can help to manage symptoms of hemorrhoids.
- Self-care: Increase your self care, exercise regularly, and avoid from straining during bowel movement.
- Through medical Surgery of that part can be used for the treatment of hemorrhoids.
- Herbal remedies and alternative methods can be used for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Because some people who find relief with natural treatments.
What do hemorrhoids look like
Hemorrhoids can appear as a lump and swelling near the anus where a reddish color or bright red blood appear on the skin. Pain or discomforting during the bowel movements is also a big symptom and some more is itching, burning, or irritation near the anus. These are some symptoms of hemorrhoids.
Does anyone in your family has this disease, if yes share your experiences?
No, Allahmdullilah me and my family are safe from this type of disease because we are always caring our selves. And in my family no one has the experience of this disease. But one of my friend's uncle has this disease. He is very close to me due to my friend and many times me and my friends gose to doctor with him for the treatment. Through this i have a chance to know about this disease.
