Red Tea - health benefits

I wanna share with you all about red tea and it's recipe. I know it's so easy to cook. Today, I made it for my father that's why I am just sharing with you. My father has some stomach problems so he drinks red tea everyday rather than milk tea.

Red tea has many health benefits. It's good for stomach cramp, high blood pressure, diabetic, headache, bone health, asthma, allergies and many more. It can also help to lose weight.

At first, add water and give some time to boil it. Then add some chopped ginger, 1 bay leaf, and 1 cinnamon.

After sometimes add some lemon slices into the warm water, and then add 1/2 tbsp tea leaves.

While finishing 5/10 minutes it will be ready to serve.

I really enjoy to drink red tea. You can also try it everyday. It feels refresh the body and mind.
