ULOG: The steemgigs talk show on discord was great. "What is rewarded on steemit"

Last Saturday was another great time at the steemgigs talk show on discord by @surpassinggoole. The topic of the day was What is rewarded on steemit.

It was a great show and it was nice hearing Terry's voice again. Terry talked for like close to 2hrs and I really enjoyed the talk.

Here is the summary of what he said:

• The giant payout on a post maybe because of what happens behind the scenes
• There are many reasons why a trending post is there beyond content.
• A post may may trend because of many reasons
• Don't focus on others and feel bad, but be a whale inside
• There is timelines to a value of a post
• There will be changes and movements that will change the rewards and trendings.
