Todayâs I am sharing with you the recipe of âShaami kababâ .I hope you all like it very much.
Shaami kabab are usually cook with mutton, beef or chicken .But My family and I like chicken shaami kabab thatâs way I have made kabab with chicken .It is very easy to cook and very popular in our houses in Pakistann and commonly eaten in Hyderabad with cooked rice or chapati.
These taste is very yummy and very flavorful.Its very mouth watering đ dish.
INGREDIENTS
â˘Chicken cubes ½ kg
â˘Chana Daal ½ cup
â˘Potatoes 3
â˘Ghee 2 Tbsp
â˘Salt to taste
â˘Red chili powder to taste
â˘Turmeric powder ½ tbsp
â˘Shan tikka masala to tast
â˘Shan shami kebab masala to taste
â˘Eggs 2
â˘Lemon juice 1 tbsp
â˘Onion finaly chopped 1
â˘coriander
â˘1 capsicum or bell paper
â˘Mint leaves
â˘Green chilies 2
âŞIn a pan add water where the chicken and all other ingredients should be boiled. Add water just enough to partially cover the chicken. Do not add a lot of water. Add chicken pieces, potatoes, Chana Daal, Ginger garlic past, Red chili powder, turmeric,, green chilies Salt, and boil it for 8 to 10 minutes.
âŞLetâs its cool for some time.
âŞOnce the chicken and potatoes have been boiled, separate the chicken and potatoes, and slice the chicken and potatoes according to your preference.
âŞThen grind all the ingredients to a thick paste
âŞIn Chopped chicken and potatoes add all the spices and raw masala and mix well .
Using your palm to make the kababs of any desired shape that you like. Make shaami kabab shapes.
Freeze them for 30 to 40 minutes.
âŞBreak an egg to a bowl and beat it properly to make a uniform mixture.
âŞHeat the oil in a deep frying pan.
âŞWhen the oil is hot enough.
âŞAdd the shaami kababs to the egg mixture part.
âŞWe gently slide these into hot oil.
Now shallow fry the kababs from both sides until golden brown.
You can serve hot kababs with your favorite chutney or ketchup.
