The Construction Workers' Temporary Shelter

Happy Sunday Steemians, may you enjoy relaxing today, tomorrow is another busy working day.

I got this picture of a temporary shelter for construction workers while walking going to the beach. They are constructing a new road here in our town with their heavy equipment along side.

Thinking that they just live here for the duration of the target completion date of the job, but they have their permanent home with their family mostly in the village. Most construction workers are not residents in the city, these people are mostly those who don't have the bachelor's degree. They are mostly recruited by the civil engineer who leads the construction. Though they have the tiresome job but at least they earned out of their sweat and hard works.

They go home for their families during pay day usually every two weeks. In school, I interviewed one worker of the school's new building, and he said he is from a neigboring province of Negros.

In sometimes, I am motivating my students to set goals to become an engineer pointing to the on-going construction of the school buliding. Just a matter of encouragement so that they can't have the tiresome job under the heat of the sun.
