This is a complete game engine usually sold for 80 dollars, but you can get it for no cost until tomorrow, April 19th. It is not recommended for first timers, because as an actual game development enviroment, it will require a basic understanding of code.
Rated very positive throughout the world, this applicaiton will allow you to build and deliver both 2D and 3D games for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, HTML5 and even the RaspberryPi.
For small teams, there are plenty of additional but affordable DLCs you can purchase with assets, examples and projects to help you get started, along with a lot of user made items from the Steam workshop.

Good find! Not sure if I'll use it much because I'm kind of committed to Godot (on the rare occasion I do any programming), but it never hurts to get something free.
I might try it. It looks so complete.
