I quite like the change from having coffee to going to tea. Turkish people are most definitely tea people and you'll see them enjoying it not just at breakfast but throughout the day.
Most breads are white but in recent pushes to eat healthier, other kinds of grains are used, in this case, rye.
The ottoman empire certainly has a lot to offer and it seems like the locals continue to practice their ancestors cooking recipes to this day.
