At first glance there seems to be nothing different from rujak as usual which consists of small pieces of various types of fresh fruits but, which makes it different, the Nibong salad is formulated using a special spice.

If the fruit may be the same as other rujjjja, there are mangoes, guava, papaya, pineapple, and others, but here the seasoning is typical. The marinade is very delicious, unlike the spices elsewhere.

Alhamdulillah, there are always buyers, friends have also prepared fruit stock from the beginning, so it's not worried to run out. If it runs out, friends peel the fruits again, there is a special job of peeling and cutting fruit.

Meanwhile, for fruit supplies themselves, said one worker, fruits such as mango, pineapple, melon, bengkoang came from outside Aceh.

The name Nibong itself was taken from the location of the selling salad. There are two types of salad sold in Nibong salad, namely:

1. Rujak colek
2. Regular salad
   For sale, usually for one portion, regular salad is sold for Rp. 6,000 and salad for one portion Rp. 10,000 good luck.
