Opinion: The American civilization is violently breaking up internally

Historically, and even in some places today, the penalty for murder was just paying a fine to the victim's family-usually in cattle. Even some Americans to this day don't think that murder should be a criminalized; It is usually an issue between two people that went terribly wrong. In another words, the killer posed no further threat to society in general [...unless they are a cop or have more unborn children]. But America and much of the developed world has developed the idea of holding the person individually accountable for their murders [unless they are an abortionist, cops, prosecutors, judges, or police].

There are other systems which is more tribal. One member of another tribe attacked us, therefore we have to attack the other tribe. In thinking about what to do with the family court system, this tribal concept of justice should have a lot of appeal to men and fathers against the lawless judges. It is more along the lines of what to do when it is impossible to obtain justice. If only Clinton has taken up the offer to have Bin Ladin delivered on a silver platter in the 90s. Or if only the Taliban had handed over Bin Laden, etc.

Placing trade sanctions upon a nation is, in a way, similar to tribal justice. You are harming a nation of people based upon the actions of a few leaders-the leaders will not be harmed as a result of the trade sanctions, but the trade sanctions can lead to the mass starvation-500 000 people died from the US sanctions against Iraq. Say what you will about the post 9-11 invasion of Iraq, but it is a lesser evil than what Clinton had done to the people. Leave it to the baby killing left to justify starving half a million children to death, and letting the butcher go unpunished. Yet many on the left seriously wish Hillary won the Election instead of Trump. Bernie was the better choice to run against trump, but the DNC wouldn't permit that. The swamp wanted a violently murderous c**t in the white house-no matter how brain damaged of a state she was and is in.

The proliferation of tribal justice domestically ultimately shows the breakdown of society. The growing plague of intersectionalism is part of what is driving a wedge in society, SJW is the fuel of intersectionalism that is destroying many people. "As a member of [x], I am a victim of institutional [y]-ism, therefore I am entitled to [Z]". So much for: "you are a man [or women], if you have proven your qualifications for [z], then you can achieve it through mutual assent or by your own efforts." It's not to say that the free market is free of [y]-ism, but the free market is void of force. The intersectional system is built upon all sorts of [y]-isms, force, and coercion and ultimately class resentment, the latter is built upon merit, goal making, and volition.

We seen a celebrity go to jail for paying someone at a university big money so their kid could go there. They possibly broke the merit based system through using money, but the decision made were still through mutual assent. Many of these schools are beyond the budget of almost everyone folks, but somehow we still see the left with their torches and pitchforks saying it somehow discriminates against poor blacks. The $13k/year, or whatever it is now, that stafford loans provide won't pay for a $50k/year university. And if you are going into debt spending to get there, then you may not be able to escape the slavery you are selling yourself. Just getting a college education doesn't mean you will earn more than minimum wage. Going all in on a bet does have a chance to payoff, but the wealthy maintain and enhance their wealth by taking risks that they can afford to lose. It is a lesson one makes tends to learn later in life, but many people become intoxicated about the lies of the benefit of a college education and subsequently drown in debt. Furthermore, All it takes is one allegation [mostly by women in family courts] and a man's education and career is over and he is stuck with all that debt-we pretend we don't know what male suicide is so high as the democrats laugh about it at their own meetings. Assuming the celebrities money is going into the university system instead of an officials pockets, such avarice by the elites could help marginally bring down the cost of tuition for all. Imagine now if the Elites become afraid to engage in philanthropy now in fear that if their kids, or nephews, go to their alma matter that they too could be prosecuted. Imagine planning to send your kid to Stanford for engineering, and making investment to make sure the department has the latest technology and time to learn it, then not having a guarantee of having your kid get in; Screw all shades of philanthropy. Unintended consequences often hurt everyone, and these elitist "cheating" their kids way into the system may have been a blessing in disguise. Maybe all prestigious colleges should have a certain percentage of guaranteed placements to be by bidding only-preferably to transmute the funds into scholarships for the poor. But SJWs would just say that is racists even if a 1 million bid could put 20-100 poor academically deserving students through college a year.

The American civilization is breaking down at its seams, I suppose some could argue-myself included. It could just be an anomaly, or part of a growing problem as I am lead to believe. Even when the murder rate was much much higher decades ago, the existence of serial killers was quite rare and elusive. People are choosing mass violence instead of proportional and individualized justice. Even supposing proportional and individualized justice were the intent, there is a wanton disregard for the lives of others. Including the aforementioned fallout of the absence of code duello, They have chosen to punish a group of people, instead of the person behind the proximate cause of the harm rendered. They are not able to find legal recourse to remedy their grievances-they may not be able to express what their grievance is especially with the family courts and SJW culture-Violence is justified because of institutional [y]-ism they might posit. They are not able to find a natural remedy in nature, because we as a society generally have become too far removed from the blessings of nature and rigidly dependent upon business, government, and serialized mass produces pieces of art on a paper like material, and the rigid decades long quest for financial independence that is very fragile to achieve-and perhaps irreparable if interrupted. Most everything has become a domestic us v them, exactly what the Bolsheviks want. People choosing to live as animals rather than living as a Man, People facing internal invasion from their own countrymen. A house divided cannot stand. We need to unite, but I don't see how that is going to be achieved so long as most everyone can benefit from the victim card.

Thank goodness these tribes are just 1 person. Heaven help us if they come together, use the Marxist solidarity mantra, and have a volunteer army. Expect to see that in the future I suppose; more than just Antifa's impotent John Brown Gun club.
