Fat Poopaa - Caught on the Big Island of Hawaii

This fat Poopaa bit my curly tail as I was reeling my lure in.

You can see it hanging out of its mouth.

Two years ago I would throw these back.

Now I keep the big ones and make Nigiri Sushi with its transparent white meat.

It is so delicious.
