What I Eat When Long Distance Backpacking
This is how and what I eat while I am hiking. I hate Mt. House type foods. I basically pantry cook / bake on the trail. I do it all with a Vargo titanium alcohol stove and titanium pot set. I do what is called wet baking and dry baking.
Addie sends me boxes about once a week roughly with new food supplies. I bake breads and make pizza, pies, cakes, pasta, stews, Cornish hens, marinated chicken, and much more.

You do eat well on the trail. I've seen you do the pizza before. While thats many carbs for me, on the trails you burn them right up! It all looks great for trail food
