I didn’t post through Actifit for the first time yesterday, after having done 72 reports consecutively. My kids were away and it was a chance to do Yin Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️, blog about other things 👩🏻‍💻and read 📚. I didn’t hit 5,000 steps 😯.

I am a little more rested and the kids are back home 🏡. If only they would now go to sleep 😴! @fleur 💭
