DREAM FOR AFRICA—(My Dream)

I dream of a prosperous continent where citizens lives in dignity. I dream of a continent where the governments at all levels with prioritize human capital and industrial development. Sometimes alone in the the evening I look outside my window, At the shadows in the night.

I hear the sounds of distance crying, the darkness multiplying and weary hearts denied. All I feel is my heart beating, beating 💗 like a drum, beating with confusion.

All I hear are the voices, telling me to go, but I couldn't run, "Cause in my Africa dream, there was a new tomorrow, My Africa dream is dream that we can follow"

I dream of a continent where there would be observance of human rights. I dream of a continent where the right invest in the health sector. I dream of a true world class research universities where every child will have access to quality education.

Now when the night begins to fall, I listen for your call. Alone my dream is just a dream. Another false illusion, a shadow in the night.

I dream of a brighter and greater future for our children, our generation. "All I want is for our heartbeats to be beating just as one, to silence the confusion, then the pain and the illusion will disappear again."

My dream for is a dream that we can follow through it would seems my hope's an illusion. My Africa dream is an end to the confusion.
