Where does the material come from?
There are only three ways to see, hear and learn.
There are many ways to see. In life, work, interpersonal communication, online and offline, as long as you are a conscientious person, there are always all kinds of useful materials for you.
There are also many ways to listen to music, books and people's chat. You can get the materials you are interested in. Of course, there is a very important point to pay attention to when listening to the material, that is, screening, otherwise it is not good to spread false information.
There are many more ways to learn, such as reading books, reading articles, reading materials, and so on.
Accumulating material is the "ammunition" to be ready to speak, and the "logistics warehouse" to solve the problem of bad words.

3、It needs some practice

This method has been proved to be effective and worth trying.
Once upon a time, there was an old leader. When he was just in office, his speech was not very "sharp" and his Putonghua was not standard.
Later I heard that he forced himself to form a habit of getting up an hour early every day and speaking in the mirror.
It's not easy to verify whether he really practiced in this way, but the rapid improvement of his speaking level is obvious to all, at least it shows that he has made great efforts.
The biggest advantage of practice is to find the feeling of speaking and form the "conditioned reflex" of speaking.

4、A little bit of skill
