Raising Successful Kids
Hello, Steemians! It has been a stressful week for me, but I hope you weren't as stressed up as me. It is true that raising successful children is proving more difficult by the day, but there are tips to help you steer your children onto the successful path. I would be sharing these tips with you all.
Children love gifts, it is wise to attach little gifts to important phases of their lives. This will help to add fun and excitement to their learning process as they see it as an achievement at every level.

A child would tend to study harder if he or she knows there is a gift attached to passing each course. Make the gifts creative and attractive for them like a trip to see their favourite film, games etc, a little amount of money; this one even helps you monitor their spending and teach them how to make budgets for themselves.
Study your kids and don't with-hold from lending a helping hand to them; also show them how it is being done.
Kids love feeling fulfilled and praised, learn to praise them for accomplishments and for things they do right.

Never forget that as a parent, you serve as a role model.
Whether it's a good one or a bad one, the child sees it, tries to be it, then rejects it, then finally as and adult, they realize they have turned into you!

We would also do well to learn the "5 love languages" and give our children all five as we can, but to also learn which ones mean the most to our children. For me, time meant much more than gifts or words.
Yeah, it's great spending time with your children, that is a topic for another day.
