Diary game season 3: Attended Christian meeting and a family get-together, 3/1/2021 (Powered up 100%)

Yesterday Sunday was a really great day for me with some engagements lined up. So I decided to start early as usual. I had no choice, especially because of LID, I usually wake early. I made sure to publish the LID post before 4am local time. After publishing the LID post, I spent some time online reading messages in our group chat and responding to them. By 5.30am, we met for morning worship. It wa over around 6.10am. Everyone went to attend to their chores. We usually start our sunday meetings by 9am.

First work for me is to fetch water. So I went straight to the borehole and got a truck which I used to push up 6 gallons of water and emptied it into the water container. Then I had to return the truck. I came back and took my bath immediately and started getting set for breakfast. I took tea and bread and quickly made sure my mobile device has a enough data to run the meeting which lasts approximately 2 hours. After the meeting, we exchanged pleasantries with those that attended. The meeting was held through video conferencing due to the covid19 pandemic. Once the meeting ended, I took to my bed to rest a bit. I was invited for a family get-together. SO I rested for an hour before going there.

I took a bike to the venue of the event and by the time I arrived, everything was set and the event had started. The grand mother who was the celebrant is 90 years old. With lots of children, grand children and friends gathered, it was really a happy occassion. Songs were sang, including words of advice for the younger generation. After about 1 hour of fun-filled acitivity, it was time for photographs. We took as many shots as we could. Here are just 2 of the ones i snapped.

After the photographs, we ate eba and rice and took some drinks too. It was a very joyous occassion and we could not miss it. I started returning home by 5.20pm. Got hom about 25 minutes later and then quickly took my bath due to the hot weather. I rested too. Came back online and did some work. I just took tea for dinner since i was already feeling full. I slept around 9.40pm. It was a Sunday filled with fulfilling activity.
