On the tree, I saw a squirrel. She was eating a nut. I watched and photographed as she gnaws peel. Squirrel was so keen on nuts that did not pay attention to me even.
First for me also, their face seem to be different , giving you a follow , you seem like an artist from you comment , the appreciation of detail and color :D . I've only seen brown squirrels an never eating nuts, mostly running from cats or running and lagging on trees.
Yeah, the facial and head features are different. The paws of the red squirrel here are bigger too, with bigger claws than the gray squirrels seem to have. The grey ones around here spend a lot of time eating and digging/burying, always fun to watch.
they are so cute and funny!!!
they eat the outside of the nut?
and they save the rest?
Most likely . thank you .
Lots of iodine there :D and walnuts are great to store :)

Yummy-yummy, I want more nuts!
Yeah strongly keen nut.
I've never seen a red squirrel in this much detail. They don't live in my area, all of our squirrels are gray. Thanks for sharing these great pics!
Thanks
