Iced Korean Spicey Noodle Soup: Mul-Naengmyeon 물냉면

Yes, you read it correctly - Ice Cold Noodle Soup. I made this today because here in Valencia the temperatures went over 35 Celsius, it was so hot, due to winds coming from Spain's inland. We learned about this dish from our time when we worked on our Busan Travel Blog. And I know what you're thinking ... these are not French fries but matchstick sliced pears.
