There is no Genre tab on frostwire player. The need for this feature is the reason for this post

Being an open source application which combines both music and video player together with smart and simple features, frostwire torrent downloader is widely adopted by music lovers and listeners. This app which is developed with an everyday user in mind gives top notch download speed but then it however lacks the "genre tab" feature and this is a problem to users like myself who prefer to know the genre of music before listening.

Proposal

In recent times, I have come to love this app so much that I want it rated highly when compared to other notable competitors, therefore I suggest the "genre tab" be added to the software. This feature tend to increase it's user base. Why I say so is simple. Frostwire is a torrent downloader, this means one can get to stream or download new music. The suggested feature allows users to sort songs by their genre and if I am not wrong, people love music differently, while Mr A might want to listen to a new hiphop song, Mr B might want some cool blues. At this point, this feature's sole role is to allow users figure the genre of the sing on their respective devices.

Benefits

As stated earlier, this feature will help users locate their favourite genre of songs and would make an exciting, stress free usage for users who have flare for a particular(s) genre of music. Again it would also be of benefit to the software developers as it would make the app fit for any sort of competition with other notable players that already posses similar feature.
