Hey guys, so today I want to talk about a quote I came across the other day. It's a quote by Winston Churchill, here it is

Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts

Just take a moment and think about that quote. A lot of us feel that the important thing in life is to become successful, but what most people know is that's the easy part, the hard part is staying successful. For those of us that know the pain that comes with failure then I'm sure that you're all too familiar with the urge to give up that comes with it. Like Winston said, neither success nor failure is fatal, but when you lack the courage to actually keep trying, that's when you nail yourself in your coffin.

It's not easy getting over a failure, especially when you put in your all to succeed, but history itself has proven that no matter what, if you keep on trying you'll most definitely succeed. Thomas Edison failed a thousand times before he was able to create the light bulb, and Abraham Lincoln ran for office a number of times and failed each time before he finally became president.

These people aren't any different from you and me, all they did was to keep pushing and to keep trying, if you ask me, that's what matters.

There's a saying "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer", thats because rich people or should I say most successful people know how easy it is to go from hero to zero so they do just about anything to stay at the top. Success in itself is not the end of the road, it's only the beginning, staying successful is the road ahead, and it's a road that's filled with even more bumps than the road that lead you to success. If you're the kind of person that believes that once you get that job, or once you score that contract then you're set for life, then you're in for a ride awakening. Success is a daily struggle, one that only those who have the courage to continue pushing understand.

Let me end it by saying that no condition is permanent, good or bad, even if things are great in your life, never stop trying to make things better and if things are terrible and you are plagued by failures, rest assured, your hard work and resilience will eventually pay off.
