No, random does not work - I found that out at least! Don't respond to any requests .... or if did want to do something like that, it would have to be 100% fair and transparent - either a bot - or perhaps a giveaway post once in a while ..... or delegate some steem power to a good cause! 😀 I'll like to write a bot, would probably take some time.... but might look into it.
