First of all, it is important to keep in mind what EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE is, and of course how important it is in our lives and in our work environment. It is necessary to educate ourselves about it in order to know our emotions, understand them and be able to control them. For this there are many courses, videos, lectures, in short, today we have many opportunities to learn.
AUTOMATION, finding platforms that help us with this is of utmost importance for the work environment, that will help us with the work and save us time, especially when we have a sales company and thus be able to answer questions much easier. It is a way to PLAN BETTER.
THE ADVERTISING OF OUR BUSINESS, today it is of utmost importance to make known what we do, we have in our favor the social networks, this digital era has helped us in that aspect, now our company can reach many places and can be international at any time.
On the other hand, it is very important to have a good REDACTION AND SPELLING, I think that if we are going to be serving customers, especially at a digital level, it is important that we can do it in the best way and without making so many mistakes. It is good to read and educate yourself about it since we are not all perfect. But I think it is an important point to take into account.
TO LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT GRAPHIC DESIGN, today we have a lot of information on the internet that can help us in this regard, I know almost nothing about it but you can learn, watching videos for example. There are many tools, we just have to look for them.
MAKE GOOD USE OF OUR TIME, for this I recommend having a planner, it is necessary to make the most of our time and write down everything that is important to us. Obviously we are not an agenda and we can miss indispensable tasks for our business.
HAVE AN ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE, sometimes it can be very difficult to keep our accounting, and I think this would be a good idea, the truth is that I have not handled any, but I know that they can be acquired easily. Or go old school and hire an accountant to help us with it. But it is important to be up to date with our accounts.
I think that for now these tips can help us a little when we want to start in the digital era.
