Game Review Project CARS 2

Welcome everyone to my blog, especially readers who love games. Today's publication is my opinion about the Project CARS 2 Game, in which I will write about what the video game really is, the game modes, the quality of its graphics and sound, the circuits and cars present in the game, between other things.

What is Project CARS 2?

Project CARS 2, is nothing more than a videogame of the race simulator genre, created by the company Slightly Mad Studios, being this the successor of Project CARS (Published previously in my blog). Its launch on the market occurred in September 2017, for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.

Within the game modes of Project CARS 2, we find Trajectory Mode, Custom Race, Online Mode, Time Trial, Private Test and Community Events. The aim of the Trajectory Mode is to advance in different ways within the game, until you can obtain details, as well as a certain number of challenges that must be completed. It is also good to note that this mode we compete with the Artificial Intelligence (AI), being able to configure different aspects, such as the duration of the competition and mainly the difficulty and aggressiveness of the AI.

Custom Race Mode, is being the Single mode of the other video games of the same genre, where we can select the circuit, driver and car you want to use, as well as set the duration of the race, weather conditions, Free practice sessions and classification, regulation (Flags, penalties, etc.), the number of rivals and the difficulty of it.

Like its predecessor, the Online Mode of Project CARS 2 is very good, where we have the opportunity to compete against other pilots of the world, in order to demonstrate our skills. Also, it has a reputation range and if seats for the events are not completed, these can be filled by pilots managed by artificial intelligence. Another of the interesting ways in the game, is the Time Trial where we can use any car and circuit, to try to overcome the time of a ghost car, since here no real world pilots participate, neither does the artificial intelligence.

There is also the Mode Private Test, which has been the same as the custom Race mode since we configure different race parameters, but like the mode that the Time Trial mode, we do not have cars competing in tracks, but we give turns in the circuits to test the tracks, the cars and even to prepare new configurations for the cars (Setup).

Project CARS 2 has 200 cars of different categories of motor sport, being the most recognized Ferrari, McLaren or Mercedes Benz. It also has 60 circuits, being the most used and recognized Spa, Imola and Nurburgring. Everything mentioned above, in terms of cars and circuits were well created; that is, well modeled and textured.

As for the graphics and sounds of the game, it has a high score. The graphics are well taken, with available resolution of up to 4K and a FPS of 60, which makes the user have a pleasant and fluid experience, but the best aspect of this aspect is the lighting and the raindrops. The sound was improved, since now you hear the skidding of the cars, the sound of the tires when you skate on the asphalt, which is good, since this way we can have a better feeling on the track to save tires and fuel, because that the game is very demanding in that aspect and like every car racing simulator. Also, within the sound is also the track engineer, who will indicate different track data, such as lap times, engine status and tires, track conditions, among other things, which are very important to have a better performance.

In Fin, I highly recommend the Project CARS 2 videogame, which is very demanding, but at the same time we can have a great experience andretention.
