Microdosing Life!!!

I have been research the topic of microdosing lately, and I will say that it is fascinating. Most of what I have been reading and watching has to do with psilocybin mushrooms. I can't believe the way that it increase the neural connections in the human brain. Even one dose has been shown to decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression..just one.

That got my talking to Stacie D. My bride, I talk to her often about my ideas. We talked about the idea of microdosing life. The definition of microdosing is;

" the action or practice of taking or administering very small amounts of a drug in order to test or benefit from its physiological action while minimizing undesirable side effects"

I thought that if we could take just a few minutes and start microdosing life...we could take back our lives! When we are at the park with our families and we leave our phones in the car. Maybe we even walk barefoot. We play on the equipment with the kids. We walk near or in the water. We are fully immersed in the moment. Maybe it is only 5 minutes, or maybe an hour. That would be us microdosing life. Administering a very small amount of life in order to test or benefit from it's physiological action!

This is just an idea, but I think it makes sense to me. I hope you all grab it and run with it, and start microdosing life....feel the benefits of living!
