I have commented and suggested - 1 - experiment with activities that do not have a stated cost such as those you'll find on steemd.com - https://steemd.com/@roninrelax for example. 2 - collaborate and form groups of newbies and mentors to experiment, help and share the results 3 - use discord channels or other means to connect and communicate instead of using comments. 4 - hold regular or weekly contests or giveaways of SP delegation for those in the newbie collaboration group(s)

Well, the only immediate and positive response came from @roninrelax and described in his post.

So, I am asking everyone who cares to start similar efforts and help understand the problems, limitations, and resolutions.

As a "Thank You" for taking up the burden and experimented as I requested - something that taxed your RC and your time to monitor the recovery/regeneration of RC, I have transferred STEEM and SBD to help your experimentation and other activities that could help others deal with this RC limitation.

b - You may choose to cancel and return the same at any time or if you do not or cannot do more on this problem.
