Perfect Memories #2: Open Water - Koh Phi Phi
In my opinion, diving is the most beautiful experience in my life. Submarine life has always fascinated me since the time I was a little boy. Last May I finally made the decision to attend the PADI Open Water and Open Water Advanced course in Krabi as well as Ko Phi Phi Don and Ko Phi Phi Leh. I really love Thailand but for me the south is the most beautiful part and Ko Phi Phi is a pure paradise.
Obviously, there is a lot more tourism compared to 2000 when we saw DiCaprio in "The Beach". But it is still a wonderful place. And if you think about getting your diving licence, book a flight to Krabi and get it there. I won`t forget those great 14 days in Krabi and I produced a video for myself last year. But since I am now a passionate steemian, I would like to share the beauty I saw in the ocean with you. Do you love diving, too? Please also post your diving videos, pictures or Steemit posts in the comments as I can`t get enough of the sea ;)

That looks like...paradise! Between the food, the scenery, and the perfect weather...why am I not there? LOL Looks like you got really close and personal with that fish there. Nice ! Diving is one of those activity, along with skydiving, that looks appealing to me but will probably never do it. Of course, my mild asthma doesn't help either. That's okay though, I'll just live vicariously through your videos. Keep them coming!

Great post, you have earned my follow! I was looking into visiting Krabi a few months ago but I never got around to it. I admit, I looked at it because of The Beach (2000).

I have a weakness for turquoise water. I recently returned from Malaysia where the water was so bright and clear. What's the weather like there at the moment and what are the levels of tourism like at this time of year? I might consider coming in September, but I'll have to read up on the weather!
Yeah, come in March or April ;) I love Malaysia, too. Where have you been there? Do you prefer it over Thailand?
Is August too busy? I flew to Kuala Terengganu in Malaysia and from there I took a boat to a small island called Lang Tengah. Check it out on my page, I have loads of photos of the island. You should definitely go and visit!
I haven't been to Thailand yet, but I am going to make sure that happens soon!
