Today I’m grateful for our family and friends, two and four-legged. 😊 I’m grateful for the lovely day we had weather-wise, sunshine and blue-sky perfection. 😊 I’m grateful that I got to hang out with our son and his family this afternoon and that our daughter-in-law got a bit “us” bonding time in while we picked up some groceries for them all and I got to bring out the “Drill Sgt”, (minus the yelling,) when we got back again. 😊 It’ll be nice to have them come over to spend the afternoon with us here tomorrow. 😊 I’m grateful for these and for all the other blessings in our lives. 😊 Most of all, I’m grateful to God for blessing us with another day to share. 😊

I'm happy that you've returned and am sending you a virtual hug right back, and I'm also sending some virtual chocolate chip/oatmeal cookies that I made yesterday, they aren't as good as the real thing, but they'll have to do. 😊

We just had a wonderful visit with our son, daughter-in-law and their children, totally exhausting visit, but loads of fun too...the "Drill Sgt" only had to come out once when our older grandson snuck outside without letting anyone know and ending up in the manure pile. Poor fellow was stuck and lost his boots, my handsome husband had to rescue him and bring him back to our son to get cleaned up, LOL! 😊
