The gaze of the moon bunny.

Japanese say there is a bunny living on the moon, who makes rice cakes.

Yesterday, I suddenly realized that in the past two weeks I’ve seen more wild foxes than people. Foxes on moonlit roads and on bicycle paths. They’d look at me some surprised and jump away, some would freeze. One just turned it’s head inspecting me with the “oh god it’s her again” written on it’s face. 🦊

Is that what you imagine an art student’s night life to be?

Every time I cross paths with a fox I’d think about one or the other of my friends. They are all very far away.

I ran into foxes before as well, but I was always with a friend by my side.

“Have you seen it?”
“Yep!”

I’ve been filming the moon a lot during the past three months. It is one of the best excuses not to go to bed 🌔🌕🌖🤫

最近は人より狐🦊に会うことが多い気がします。狐と月に照らされた道。

3ヶ月前から月をずっと撮影しています。
眠れない時は特にずっと撮影しています。
もう少し撮影して寝ようと毎回自分言い返したり、イラスト描いて寝なきゃと思うのですが月が出ていると、もう寝るのを諦めたりします。
卒制で忙しくて、いつもより寂しがっている時は
「みんながバラバラになっちゃってでも月だけはまだ夜訪ねてくるくれる唯一の友だ。」
「同じ月の光に照らされているんだよ。きっと！」
