Their roots go deep

"The trees are strong, my lord. Their roots go deep"

Trying to get some meters beneath our feet before the weather turns sour again. What little sun we get during lunchtime, tends to turn into a rainy and soggy weather just a tad later.

Even managed to grab a few shots of the sunny forest. Almost feels like I can come biking here soon again.

A lone wanderer with a red jacket is following us. I wonder, what does he want. Can't trust anyone these days! So far, he seems to be keeping his distance, but the more ominous and suspicious he looks...

There's an abandoned skate park in the forest. We can hide there if thing go bad. Right?

Hopefully the park sees some more action during summertime. Feels like it's a bit in a too distant location for the youth to find their way here... we'll see soon.

Who put these stones here? And why some wood pillars have only one stone?

At least we'll always have our roots. We did a break here when we pedaling around last summer, caught a breath, drunk a sip and sat on the roots. Hopefully no-one rips them out. Their roots go deep, after all.
