Bean Plant Update
Greetings Steemians,
Today I felt the need to make a tough decision.
Of the two bean plants I cultivated right beside each other, one seems to be slowly suffocating the other.
What is worse, is the smaller of the two appears to be diseased or nutrient deficient. With such a a small grow space, and an obvious misjudgment on the needed spacial requirements, I decided the smaller plant must go, and any attempt to diagnose and leave them together will likely cause more issues.
I've always felt a man should be good with his fingers, so let's stick them in shall we?
I found the sweet spot on the first try!
The roots look very healthy to me, this is an indicator that the medium is good for the plant. I do believe I will need to add some nutrients before the plant is in flowering stage.
The larger plant might be getting a little light burn, or perhaps is not getting enough light. I have it out in the sun right now to see how it responds.
What I discovered is that the larger plant was not suffocating the other, but the smaller plant defintiely seemed to have some issue(s) present, and I felt the correct decision was to just remove the plant altogether.

Good job going down to 1. Beans don't require fellow beans in order to flower or produce seed (beans for you to eat). Chances are it will enjoy the sunshine.
Congratulations on winning the music thing! You deserved it, although I think Hypnotic Illusion was even cooler. : )
I need to do some research on beans, it's a little ambitious to have so many different types of plants without first checking the light phase requirements lol.

Usually the weaker of the plants will have to go. Perhaps you can stick the smaller plant into another pot and see how it goes.

With much going on right now, I chose to dispose of the plant. I don't like to do that, but I have to be realistic about my "hobbies" vs things I need to get done.
